JT's Land Service is a family-owned business based right here in Friendsville, Tennessee. John started the company with one simple idea: do honest work, treat folks right, and leave every job site better than you found it.

Born and raised in East Tennessee, John has spent years behind the controls of skid steers, track loaders and excavators. From small backyard cleanups to multi-acre clearing and full driveway installs, he handles every project personally — you'll be talking to the man running the machine, not a call center.
